- 250 g Flour Type 405
- 125 g sugar
- One p vanilla sugar
- One p baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 250 ml beer (Westheimer Helles)
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 50 ml of vegetable oil
- Put dry ingredient in bowl and mix. Add the beer, eggs and oil and process everything into a smooth dough with the stirrer’s stirring rods.
- Preheat the electric doughnut maker and fill the dough in the recesses.
- Bake doughnuts and roll in sugar and cinnamon as desired and/or serve with apple sauce and whipped cream.
