  • One p vanilla sugar
  • One p baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 50 ml of vegetable oil


  1. Put dry ingredient in bowl and mix. Add the beer, eggs and oil and process everything into a smooth dough with the stirrer’s stirring rods.
  2. Preheat the electric doughnut maker and fill the dough in the recesses.
  3. Bake doughnuts and roll in sugar and cinnamon as desired and/or serve with apple sauce and whipped cream.
